June

Holaaaaa!
I will not apologize for the lack of update..

Anyhoo, the past few weeks have been rather eventful and hectic :)
But all is well *grins*

I started the month by celebrating Jyun's birthday!
My classmates gave him a small surprise by getting him a birthday cake..
Yeah I know it's sweet of them although they usually don't remember,
Unless we belong to their group.
And some of you readers know that we are just classmates, and there's nothing much to look forward to.
But, Jyun's presence made things different for me :)

A quarter of my classmates?
But it's really sweet of them to remember though..
Especially the ones who actually get the cake for him..

I on the other hand have plans for him on his birthday,
As in his gifts and such..
Although I am not sure where to take him for lunch/dinner on his birthday,
Since he's not choosy when comes to food,
So I decided to let him choose what he feels like having for lunch/dinner on his birthday.
And he was craving for pan mee, so pan mee it is :)

Had Japanese for dinner..
And he loves his gift!

After that I got busy with my magazine assignment,
It's a ridiculous project I must say..
And it wasn't as fun as how it used to be back then when I was in the Editorial Board,
Anyhoo, I got than over and done with..
Then there's report writing and role play (which I found out at a very last minute)
I think we managed to pull that role play assignment off pretty well..

Turns out, our (Jyun and I) leadership essay turns out fine,
Albeit the last minute work :)
It's so frigging hard to get ourselves work on that essay until we had to work on it since the submission is due..
We decided to celebrate our little achievement over a cup of coffee and decent lunch,
At Coffee Chemistry! =)

My Cafe Latte
His Mocha

He got himself the pasta he had when we first went to that place for lunch..
I tried the herbal butter milk chicken rice..
Which was pretty good actually..
Since the chicken is crispy and not too buttery..

We also went to a German restaurant at the Curve for pork knuckles :)
Bavarian Bierhaus, a place with great atmosphere..

The pork knuckles were not as good as the place we went to at Bukit Bintang (Elcerdo)
The skin was really crispy, but hard. So it's hard for me to chew..
As for the meat, it wasn't as juicy as the ones I had at Elcerdo..
But the mashed potato were really good!
I wouldn't go back there for their pork knuckles though,
Perhaps their German sausages will be a more satisfying meal :)

My sis were away for camp, but she called back home from camp since her stomach hurts a lot..
It was past 12am when she called back home..
Poor her..
I actually had plans with my mom to help out with my cousin's wedding in the morning..
And we don't know where is the camp site..
With Jyun's help we managed to figure out the way there through Google map..
Her irresponsible teacher gave us the wrong camp site name with no address in the permission letter.
Jyun however, managed to figure out for us the real camp site place along with the address..

It was situated in Hulu Langat, but in the letter it's written Ulu Langat..
We couldn't drive over there to pick her up since it's late and we wouldn't be able to find our way there,
In the dark..
So we waited till 5am and left home to search for her..
After asking around and looking at the faulty signboards on the road,
We managed to find her campsite.
My gawd.
There were at least 6-7 campsite there and even the local people who stayed nearby the camp site gave us the wrong direction..
It was dark and we didn't have a GPS with us since my stupid GPS couldn't work!

(That's for buying China product. Told my dad he shouldn't get that GPS since we wouldn't know when will the stupid company go bankrupt. And guess what? After a few months he purchased the GPS for me, the damned company gone bankrupt)

Anyway, we managed to find our way there,
Thanks to Jyun's good sense of direction and our faith in ourselves..
LOL!

Turns out it's food poisoning.

(Sis told me there were alot of insects in her food. She had to take them out one by one before eating it. Eww?)

Her irresponsible teachers didn't even contact us when she wasn't feeling well..
She had to find ways to contact us from camp.
And they gave her some medication which she didn't take since she doesn't know what medication it is.
After all my brother had already warned her against taking medication without proper prescription..
Her teacher reprimanded her for being stubborn when she doesn't want to take the medication.
The school teacher also lied to the headmistress of the school about the activities they organized for the students since the headmistress is against some activities which are deemed dangerous.
There were EIGHT school teachers at the camp.
And none of them bothered to do something when some of the girls had stomach upset at the camp.
I didn't know that my previous high school teachers were that irresponsible..

Sis came back home, slept and had to be dragged to the wedding event..
We were dragged by our mom to the wedding event so early because we were supposed to help out..
But guess what?
Some god knows who relative already gotten that taken care of..
So we waited there like a moron.
Yes, it was a waste of time.
And I hate attending events that early when nobody bothers to turn up on time!
*Rolles my eyes*

 My sis and I..
I don't know why she has to attend the wedding when she isn't feeling too well..
Out of respect perhaps?
Jyun, who happens to be my date and a great company,
During the dreaded event :)
