Nineteenth.

I might be young and perhaps filled with affection for you,

But I can't promise you a forever for us.

(Cause it's still too early to use cheesy stupid irrational lines like "I'll be with you forever").

What I can promise you is the present with me..

So do cherish it while it last..

For we don't know what is there for us in the future.

Coffee week

Our coffee hunt continues..

This time, we had lunch at Coffee Chemistry in First Subang Mall :)

We were determined to enjoy our last few days of semester break you see..

And nothing beats a good cup of joe, good food, and great company to savor the last few days of our break.

Jyun had Mocha and I had Cappucino..

The coffee latte art were simply beautiful!

As for the my cup of cappucino, it tastes very milky which made me wonder if it's latte

They didn't add sugar in my cup of coffee which is fine cause I get to control the sweetness of my coffee (I like it slightly bitter)

Jyun is very satisfied with his cup of Mocha..

He had two cups of it in fact :)

The cafe served Asian & Western food.

 His bacon mushroom spicy carbonara pasta

 (can't really recall the exact name of the dish)

 My mushroom chicken herb carbonara pasta

 (can't really recall the exact name of the dish. But it's somewhere along the line)

The carbonara sauce isn't too creamy and it tastes just right..

Just like how I think carbonara sauce should be :)

The service there is good too..

We hung out there after lunch, talking and drinking coffee after lunch,

Once a while the staff came up to us to ask us if we want any water/anything..

Which is really nice of them since some cafes the don't really do that..

We went for the Food Bites thingy to see what is in that place..

And knowing that it serves gourmet food (street style) and there are other stuff there,

We thought we could see if there's anything that might interests us..

Well there were a lot of vendors selling clothes and cute accessories..

Didn't really snap photographs of the place since we were stucked in the crowd..

We visited the few food vendors at the place..

And below is one of the stuff that we tried..

I didn't snap photographs of the rest..

But the hotdog is yummy and boy it smells terrific!

I don't even remember the name of the food that we got for ourselves..

HAHAHA!

 So brunch at Jaya One..

Then we decided that we are done walking among the crowd and enjoy our coffee instead

 Someone's itchy hands..

I swear it's not my doing..XD

The amount of coffee we managed to drink within 5 days..

It's our unplanned coffee week..

Our coffee week was supposed to be last week but we were caught up with stuff.

Mission accomplished, Jyun.

I'm looking forward to more coffee hunt days!


"You know with all these cafes around that serve good coffee, you can't help but to wonder why Starbucks is still around." According to Jyun.


I have to agree with him on that..
Almost everywhere you go,
There's Starbucks.
It's almost like fast food restaurant which is available almost everywhere!
But it's still weird that Coffee Bean isn't available in some malls and some areas.
Which is a bummer cause we either go somewhere else for coffee or just grab our usual from Starbucks which isn't that satisfying.
It's fine if we don't really crave for a good cup of coffee,
But when we want something less diluted and not too sweet,
We'll have to go other places for it.

It's Monday tomorrow..

And as much as I dread going back to uni and going through the "routine" of catching up with schedules again..

I have to embrace the upcoming week with a super heavy heart joy.

The Bee at Publika

A cafe with great atmosphere..

But food was just alright..

Didn't try the coffee though..

My usual, mocha latte and Jyun's usual, white chocolate

Tasted amazing with the latte that we ordered

We got ourselves a cup of latte each.

Jyun doesn't like the taste since it's bitter..

But I love it! Ahh the heavenly milky coffee taste..

Great place to hang out and chat over a cup of good joe :)

A few hours

A few hours more,
Then it'll be over for a while.
I know I've been absent from blogosphere for quite some time..
I don't wanna keep blogging about work and start the post with "I've been busy".
Since I know you guys probably got used to that shit.
So yeah I didn't blog cause I don't wanna say shit like I've been busy or swamped with work..
Cause that's what I've been up to most of the time..


I also don't wanna rant about being a third year student since you guys probably know what it means to be a final year student..


I like doing what I'm doing now..
But I want more of that..
More as in..something different perhaps?
I wish the little brat wouldn't be all high and mighty cause seriously, I am sick of her bloody attitude.
Just because my mom spoil her, it doesn't mean I have to put up with her crap when I have no time for her nonsense..
The "her" is my sixteen year old sister who whines about how hard school is for her..
*rolles eyes*


Anyway...
I'll be back..

The Daily Grind

Today is one of the day whereby we decided to go somewhere nice for lunch..

Our initial plan was to go to Betty's Midwest Kitchen for lunch but they are close on Mondays..

Hence this is our backup plan :)

One of my friend recommended this place..

He said something about their wonderful yummy juicy burger..

Although we just had Carls Jr (we had it for the first time actually) last week,

But we were craving for it (burgers) again =D 

Jyun ordered,

Down on the Farm Burger.

According to him,

It was a really juicy meaty beef,

Very satisfying for his taste buds and also stomach,

The onion rings and fries were so very crispy..

I had, 

Chermoula Salmon Fillet Burger..

Decided to cut down on meat so I opt for the fish instead :)

One word,

Yum :)
The soury sauce blends well with the salmon..

We didn't get desserts since it was a super filling lunch.

And I didn't get any coffee or cold drinks since I know it'll be a heavy lunch..X)

My tummy cannot take in those burgers and too much drinks..

We are definitely going back there again! =D

Then again it has been AGES since I browse through the candy corner..

My bro doesn't like the taste though,

I like how chewy it is...

Jyun got it for me since I have the habit of chewing so this can keep me occupied when I'm feeling restless during lecture :)
